Born from af desire to create the greatest taste with universal power!

Before destillation all spices are frozen down to -196 Celsius degrees and then in the heat from the distillation -An explosion of taste happens! Completed with the soft and mineral-rich water from the underground at Volsted Distillery located in the north of Denmark.

All our gin is distilled on a 100 litre still of our own design. A design in which we believe, give the best taste for our gin! It is truly small batch -Crafted with love and care!
