Jackdaw 5 year anniversary edition - BLACK LIME

Jackdaw, a wonderfully light and classic London Dry gin, is the first gin we developed 5 years ago when we started Volsted distillery.

On the occasion of our 5th anniversary, we have given our beloved Jackdaw gin a delicious citrus twist with Black lime.

Black lime is a green lime that has been blanched in a brine and then dried in the sun until their flesh and peel have turned black and hardened. The drying process concentrates the lime's natural flavor and aromas, making black lime a powerful and flavorful ingredient.

Jackdaw 5 year anniversary edition Black Lime is a classic gin with a light juniper flavor. where exciting citrus notes from black lime complement the juniper flavor together with fine notes of chamomile and pepper.

Recommended tonic and garnish: Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic and a slice of lime.
