Red Kite is a real treat. It is a distilled gin with juniper and elderflower which is subsequently infused with strawberry syrup adding sweetness and colour. When mixed with a classic dry tonic and lots of crushed ice it offers a very nice refreshing pre dinner or terrace drink.
